Sometimes in order to
make ceramic pieces I have to use flat pieces of clay. Then I have to use dedicated equipment
(the slabroller) to
prepare and produce small or big
flat pieces of clay which then can be used to press molds or making flat
objects.
Clay must be
smooth, even and have the same thickness. Sponging helps keeping the surface smooth.
